RVKS & Associates: one website for a CA firm's practices, people and offices
Techrethought designed and built the website for RVKS & Associates, a firm of chartered accountants with its head office in Chennai. The site gives each practice area a page, profiles the partners, and lists the firm's offices in other cities on a page with a map. It also takes job applications through a form of its own.

01 · The brief
What did RVKS & Associates need from its website?
RVKS & Associates is a firm of chartered accountants working in audit, taxation, compliance, insolvency and business advisory, for companies and for banks. It needed one site that presents the whole firm and gives a visitor a short route to the practice area, the person or the office they are looking for.
Besides the head office in Chennai, the contact page lists offices in Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. The site also speaks to people who may join the firm, with a Career menu next to the menus meant for clients.
02 · Challenges
What did the site have to hold together?
A wide practice, a large team of partners and offices in several states all had to fit on one site without any of them becoming hard to find.
Offices in several cities
The contact page lists the registered office in Chennai and branch offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Vijayawada and Nashik, each with its own phone and email. Each office needed an entry and directions of its own, so a client could go straight to the nearest one.
A practice that runs wide
The firm's work runs from statutory audit and taxation to insolvency, bank audits, cost of quality and advice on growing a business. Each area needed a page of its own, with the home page pointing to all of them.
Clients and candidates
The careers page invites articled assistants, qualified accountants and support staff to apply. Careers needed a menu of their own rather than a line on the contact page.
03 · What we built
What did we build for RVKS & Associates?
Techrethought designed and built RVKS & Associates’ website, from the home page and the practice pages to the office map and the careers form.
- A page for each practice area
- The Services menu opens an overview and six practice pages, and the home page links its service cards to those and to pages on banking and insolvency work.
- Profiles of the partners
- The team page introduces the partners in a few lines each, and View More opens a full background in a window over the page.
- Every office on a list and a map
- The contact page lists each office with its address, phone and email, and a map marks every one, with a link to directions in Google Maps.
- A careers application form
- Applicants fill in one form in five numbered parts, from contact details to qualifications and experience, and attach a résumé.
- A page on training
- Training the Professional sets out, in six short numbered sections, how the firm thinks about training chartered accountants.
- Sectors the firm names
- A sector page lists the manufacturing and service industries the firm says it works with, besides banking.
- Contact details on every page
- Every main page checked carries the phone number and email in its top bar, and the footer repeats the head office address with a link to all the offices.

- HTML, Bootstrap and jQuery
- The pages are laid out with the Bootstrap framework, with jQuery plugins for the sliders, tabs and reveal animations.Page addresses such as about-us.html; the source loads css/bootstrap.css, js/vendor/jquery.min.js and slider plugins such as owl.carousel.js and swiper.min.js.
- Leaflet and OpenStreetMap
- The office map on the contact page is drawn with Leaflet on an OpenStreetMap base.contact-us.html loads leaflet from unpkg.com and js/rvk-contact-map.js, which credits OpenStreetMap and links each office to Google Maps.
- PHP careers form
- The careers application is a PHP page whose form sends the details and the résumé back to the site.contact-form/career.php posts its form to itself, with a file field named resume and the script js/rvx-careers.js.
- Collect.chat
- A chat assistant opens from the Chat now bubble at the bottom right of most pages.The head of the home, profile, team and most practice pages loads collectcdn.com/launcher.js with a CollectId.
- Sitemaps and llms.txt
- The firm's pages are listed for people, search engines and AI assistants.sitemap.html links the site's pages and points to sitemap.xml and llms.txt, which summarises the firm and lists its pages.
- WordPress
- The blog under the Updates menu runs on WordPress, apart from the main pages.rvks.in/blogs/ declares the WordPress generator in its head and has its own theme and menu; the HTML sitemap calls it hosted separately.
