PradhiCA: a website, brand and ads for a CA test series

Techrethought designed and built the website for PradhiCA, a test series in Chennai for students preparing for the CA exams. We also worked on its branding and its marketing, and ran its ads on Google and Meta. The site gives every exam attempt its own schedule page, and takes enquiries through one registration page and WhatsApp.

01 · The brief

What did PradhiCA need?

PradhiCA runs test series for students preparing for the CA exams, at Foundation, Intermediate and Final level. It needed one place where a student could find the right series for their level and exam attempt, and then enquire or register.

Students can write the tests online from anywhere in India, or in person at the PradhiCA centre in West Mambalam, Chennai. The site had to serve both groups without making either one read through details meant for the other.

The work also covered PradhiCA’s branding, its marketing, and its advertising on Google and Meta. Ads run on Google and Meta rather than on the site itself, so this page describes the website in detail and the brand and the campaigns briefly.

02 · Challenges

What did the site have to handle?

A test series changes with every exam attempt, so the site had to carry a timetable that keeps changing without becoming hard to follow.

  • A timetable that changes every attempt

Each exam attempt has its own batches, series and dates. Giving every attempt a page of its own lets one schedule change without disturbing the others.

  • Two ways to write the tests

Students choose between writing online from home and writing at the centre in Chennai. Every schedule had to make clear which series are offered in which mode.

  • Registration without an account

Students register through a form shown inside the enquiry page, pay by UPI or bank transfer, and get confirmation by phone or WhatsApp. Registration uses steps students already know, with no login to create.

  • A conversation before registration

The course overview tells students that PradhiCA confirms the batch, the mode, the fees and the start date on a call or on WhatsApp. The site had to keep that conversation one tap away from any page.

03 · What we built

What did we build for PradhiCA?

Techrethought designed and built the website, worked on the PradhiCA brand, handled its marketing and ran its ads on Google and Meta.

A schedule page for every attempt
The Test Series menu groups upcoming attempts by level, and each one opens a page listing its series, modes and dates, with a button to register.
A course overview
One page explains the CA course from Foundation to Final, including the two routes into it, and then points students to the batch for their attempt.
Registration and enquiry
A single page holds the enquiry form, the ways to pay and what happens after a student sends the form.
WhatsApp on every page
WhatsApp buttons open a chat with PradhiCA, some with the first line already written, and every page checked has one.
Messages from students
A testimonials page collects messages that students sent PradhiCA, with a filter by exam attempt.
The PradhiCA mark and wordmark
We designed the identity the site carries: a green P mark beside the name, with CA set in capitals.
Search groundwork
Every page checked has its own title and description, and the home page describes PradhiCA, its course and common questions in structured data for search engines. We set this up as part of the marketing work.
Google and Meta ads
We ran PradhiCA’s advertising on Google and Meta. The schedule pages and the enquiry page give each campaign a specific place to send people.
