Techrethought is a performance marketing agency in Chennai. We plan and run Google Ads and Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram, set up tracking before any money is spent, and report what each enquiry or sale cost. Campaigns run in ad accounts you own, and your ad budget is paid to Google and Meta, separately from our fee.
Everything from the first account check to the monthly report: campaigns on Google and on Facebook and Instagram, the tracking that shows which of them produce enquiries, and the routine work of moving spend toward the ones that do.
Clients whose Google and Meta ads we have run, each shown with everything we did for them. Their sites are live; campaign figures belong to each client, so we do not publish them.

Before any budget is spent, we agree what counts as a result, what one is worth to you, who the ads are for, how much you will spend and how results are tracked. Campaigns are then built to that plan.
The goal and what counts as a lead
Calls, form enquiries, WhatsApp chats, bookings or online sales, and which of them count as a genuine lead. Counting clicks alone hides whether the money worked.
What a customer is worth
Roughly what a sale or a new client brings in, so we can agree what an enquiry can sensibly cost before anyone judges whether the campaigns are working.
The budget and how it is paid
Your ad spend is set by you and paid by you directly to Google and Meta, separately from our management fee. We suggest a starting budget and explain why.
Who the ads are for, and where
The areas, languages and kinds of customer to reach, and the searches and audiences to keep out, so the budget is not spent on people who will never buy.
Accounts, tracking and access
You own the ad accounts, the tracking and the data. We work in them with access you grant and can withdraw, so nothing is lost if you ever change who runs your ads.
Google, Meta or both
Whether people already search for what you sell, which suits Google, or need to discover it first, which suits Facebook and Instagram. The split is a decision in the plan, not a default.
Tracking first, then launch, then a steady routine of checking, adjusting and reporting for as long as the campaigns run. Nothing goes live until you have approved the ads and the budget.
Existing accounts are reviewed for wasted spend and broken tracking; new ones are opened in your business's name, with you as the owner.
Conversion tracking for forms, calls, WhatsApp and purchases is installed and tested, so the first report already shows what each campaign produced.
Campaigns, keywords, audiences, ads and budgets are prepared and shown to you. Nothing goes live and no money is spent until you approve.
Campaigns go live and are watched closely while Google and Meta learn who responds. Early changes are about fixing what clearly does not work, not chasing small swings.
Search terms, audiences, ads, bids and budgets are adjusted on a regular routine, with spend moved toward the campaigns that bring enquiries at a cost your business can carry.
A monthly report of spend, results and cost per result, then a review with you of what to keep, change or stop.
Google Ads for search, shopping, display and YouTube ads, and Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram. We work inside your own accounts, so everything we change stays visible to you.
Ad platforms
There are two costs: the ad spend, which you set and pay to Google, and our management fee. Google lets you set almost any daily budget, but a budget too small to collect enough clicks gives too little to learn from, so we suggest a starting budget in the plan based on your area and how competitive the searches are. Our fee depends on the number of campaigns and platforms, and we quote it after a short call.
You decide the budget, and Meta charges against it as people see or click your ads. What a result costs depends on the audience, the competition for it, the season and how well the ad and the offer work, so nobody can honestly give you a figure in advance. We start with a test budget, measure the cost per enquiry it produces, and decide with you whether to spend more.
Start with tracking, so you know which ads produce leads rather than clicks. Then tighten who sees the ads, send people to a page or form that makes the next step easy, and reply quickly, because a lead that waits for an answer goes cold. Most improvement comes from fixing those basics, not from raising the budget.
CPC, or cost per click, is what you pay on average each time someone clicks an ad. Cost per lead is your spend divided by the enquiries it produced, and ROAS, or return on ad spend, is the revenue from ads divided by what they cost. We report cost per lead or ROAS as the main figure, because a cheap click that never becomes a customer is not cheap.
Google Ads reaches people who are already searching for what you sell, so it suits services and products people look for when the need arises. Facebook and Instagram reach people before they search, by place and interest, which suits new products, events, courses and anything that sells on looks. Many businesses use both, and we recommend a split in the plan, with the reasons.
Performance marketing is advertising judged by measurable actions, such as enquiries, sign-ups or sales, rather than by how many people saw it. Google and Meta ads suit it because both report what each ad produced, down to the keyword or audience. The aim is that every rupee of spend can be traced to a result, or to the lack of one, so the budget can move to what works.
They can be, when people search for what you offer, the budget is enough to learn from, and someone answers enquiries quickly. They are a poor fit when a customer is worth too little to cover the cost of reaching them, or when hardly anyone searches for what you sell yet. We look at that honestly in the plan, before any budget is spent.
For Google Search ads, in practice yes: each ad leads to a page, and the quality of that page affects both what you pay and whether people enquire. Facebook and Instagram ads can collect leads through an instant form or open a WhatsApp chat without a website. Either way, a clear page about your business makes the ads more convincing, and our web design service can build one.
Tell us what you sell, where your customers are and what you spend on ads today, if anything. We will ask a few questions, then send a plan with a suggested budget and our fee.
