Each of the firm's six services has a page that sets out what it covers, the steps the firm follows and answers to common questions. The site also lists open positions for students and accountants, and takes enquiries through a form.

01 · The brief
What does S. Seetharaman & Associates do, and what was the site for?
S. Seetharaman & Associates is a firm of chartered accountants in Kodambakkam, Chennai, whose team page names two partners. Its work covers audits, forensic investigation, GST and income tax, startup advisory, and corporate and regulatory advice. It needed a site that explains each of those services in plain terms and shows a visitor how to begin.
02 · Challenges
What did the site have to make clear?
Six services had to be explained clearly enough that a visitor with one specific problem, such as a tax notice, could find the right page and see what happens next.
Six services, one way of reading them
The firm offers assurance and audits, forensic investigation, indirect tax, direct tax, startup advisory and corporate advisory. Each page needed the same structure, so a visitor who has read one knows how to read the next.
Questions before the first call
The FAQ page answers questions about tax notices, GST, startups, how fees are decided and the documents needed to begin. A prospective client needed practical answers before deciding to get in touch.
Trainees as well as clients
The firm takes CA and CMA students for articleship and hires assistants and accountants. The site had to speak to students and job seekers without crowding the pages meant for clients.

What is on the site we built?
Techrethought designed and built S. Seetharaman & Associates’ website, including its service pages, its team and career pages and its contact page.
- A page for every service
- Each of the six service pages has the same parts: what the service helps with, a four-step approach, the services it includes and common questions.
- Answers to common questions
- The FAQ page groups its questions into the firm's services and how an engagement works, and the home page carries a shorter set.
- The working process
- A working process page sets out the firm's four steps, from understanding a requirement to filing, representation and follow-up.
- The partners and their focus
- The team page names both partners with their qualifications and areas of focus, after a summary of the firm's strengths.
- Open positions
- The career page lists articleship places for CA and CMA students and roles for assistants and accountants, each with its requirements.
- An enquiry form and a map
- The contact page holds an enquiry form, a Google map, the office address and hours, and a direct number for each of the partners.

- The enquiry forms on the home and contact pages come from a WordPress forms plugin.Both forms carry hidden _wpcf7 fields, and the pages load wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7, the Contact Form 7 plugin.
- Google Maps
- A map on the contact page shows where the office is.contact-us embeds maps.google.com/maps with the firm's name as the query, in an inline frame.
