01 · The brief
What is Credimore, and what did its site need to do?
Credimore advises banks, financial institutions and businesses on monitoring the credit they extend and on resolving and recovering dues, from an office in Besant Nagar, Chennai. Its site needed to explain four specialised services in plain terms, to lenders and to companies waiting on money owed to them.
02 · Challenges
What did the site have to explain?
Monitoring, review, resolution and recovery are distinct pieces of work, so the site had to set each one out without assuming the visitor already knew the terms.
Four services with their own terms
Each service page opens by explaining the work, from checking how a loan is used after it is made to recovering dues when resolution fails. Explaining each term first lets a visitor confirm they are on the right page before reading on.
Two kinds of reader
The site addresses banks and financial institutions that lend, and companies collecting what they are owed. The same four services had to make sense to both, on one set of pages.
A short route to a conversation
Every page checked has a Request a Call button in its header. The site had to make it easy to start a conversation from any page, by whichever route a visitor prefers.
