These terms cover your use of techrethought.com. They do not cover work Techrethought does for clients, which is agreed separately in writing for each project. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

## Who runs this site

This website is run by Techrethought, No. 469, 2nd Floor, Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600035, India. You can reach us at [contact@techrethought.com](mailto:contact@techrethought.com).

## Using the site

You are welcome to browse, read, link to and quote from the site. Please do not:

- use it for anything unlawful;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt it or the systems behind it; or
- send enquiries that are false, abusive or not made in good faith.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read the site, within the rules in our [robots.txt](https://techrethought.com/robots.txt) file.

## Who owns the content

The text, design, code, illustrations, kolam artwork and sound on this site, and the Techrethought name and logo, belong to Techrethought or are used under licence. You may quote short passages with a link to the page they come from. You may not copy the site's design or branding, or present its content as your own.

Client names, logos and screenshots of client websites belong to those clients. They are shown with their owners' permission so that we can show our work, and may not be reused.

Other product and company names on the site, such as Microsoft, Google, Meta and Adobe, belong to their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse Techrethought or that Techrethought is their partner.

## Information on the site

We write the site with care, but it is general information about Techrethought and its services, provided as it is. We do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available.

Nothing on the site is an offer or a quote. The scope, price and terms of any work are set in a written proposal or agreement for that project.

## Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. How we handle what you send is explained in the [privacy policy](https://techrethought.com/privacy).

## Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as our clients' sites, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

## Liability

As far as the law allows, Techrethought is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or about the site is for the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
